Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, please email us at fluencepharma01@gmail.com with your Order Number (example: #1234) and we will guide you through the returns process. We will get back to you in 2 - 5 business days.

If you have any unopened products, we kindly ask that you ship them back to us. When ordering 2 or more of the same product, we will only be able to issue a refund for such products when the 2nd (or more) products are returned to us. We will provide a return label to you, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

Return Policy

Products must be returned to us within 15 days from the date they have been delivered to the customer. The product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition, along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other associated papers.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is successfully received by the company, Fluence Pharma Private Limited will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or your chosen method of refund. Please note that the company will provide a return label, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel an order only within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped or dispatched.

Once the order has been processed after 24 hours, or after the products have been shipped, no cancellation requests will be entertained. However, returns are still possible for all orders/products in accordance with our return policy.

Shipping & Delivery Policies

Fluence Pharma Private Limited ships its Dr.Fact products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). At times, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control. Fluence Pharma Private Limited is not liable for these delays and we request our users' cooperation, as we continuously try to minimize such instances.

Additionally, Fluence Pharma Private Limited reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than the usual delivery time or if the shipment becomes physically untraceable. In such cases, the amount paid for the cancelled product(s) will be fully refunded to your source account.
